NCDOT to close portion of Ninth Avenue Drive NW

Beginning at 7 a.m. on Monday, April 27, the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) will close Ninth Avenue Drive NW from John Terrell Place (entrance to Hickory Regional Airport) to Goat Farm Street for road improvements. A detour route will be provided. Please observe all signage, slow down, and exercise caution when traveling through this area so crews can return home safely each night. Weather permitting, this work should be completed by Tuesday, May 26.
