Facilities closed, solid waste services suspended Monday
Due to inclement weather and hazardous road conditions, several City of Hickory facilities will be closed on Monday, Jan. 26.
Facility Closures
- Both Hickory Public Library branches
- All Hickory recreation centers
- Hickory Police Department Records Division
Solid Waste Services
Residential and commercial solid waste collection will be suspended on Monday, Jan. 26. Conditions will be reassessed on Monday, and updates will be provided regarding collection for the remainder of the week.
