Councilwoman Charlotte Williams has lived in Hickory for more than 25 years. She believes Hickory is an amazing place to live, work, and raise her four sons. “As we enter our next phase of growth, development, and redevelopment, I want to continue to use my experience and background to help maintain and improve the quality of life for all of us that call Hickory home.”
