Road closure on Seventh Avenue SW for storm drain installation

As part of Historic Ridgeview Walk construction, a section of Seventh Avenue SW in front of the Ridgeview Branch Library will be closed Thursday, June 6, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. to install a storm drain. Seventh Avenue SW will be closed from the intersection of Seventh Avenue SW and First Street SW to the driveway of the Ridgeview parking lot. Detour routes will be established and clearly marked. Please use extreme caution when traveling through or near this area to help protect work crews so they can do their job safely and get home to their families each day.

Update 6/7/2024: The road closure will remain in place through Friday, June 7, for the contractors to complete this work.
