Beautification Recognition Program
The City of Hickory’s Community Appearance Commission is seeking nominations for the Beautification Recognition Program. During the months of April through September, the members of the Community Appearance Commission will be recognizing individuals and groups who have made an outstanding effort in beautifying their property and its surrounding landscape.
To nominate a property, send the information requested below to the Community Appearance Commission, Attention: Wilson Elliott, City of Hickory, P.O. Box 398, Hickory, NC 28603. Nominations may also be submitted via e-mail by sending the completed nomination forms to welliott@hickorync.gov. Submittal deadline is the last day of the month of nomination, as winners for that month will be recognized the next following month (For example, April winners will be recognized in May, etc.).
