Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition; it is now practiced as a graceful form of exercise that can help to increase flexibility and balance. Tai Chi involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner, accompanied by deep breathing. A yoga practice of mindfulness, meditation, and movement with modifications offered for each participant to lessen or increase levels of strength, stretching, and balance. Please contact instructor Cynthia Haas at 828-295-2319 for more information! $5.00 per class
