Free Play Basketball for ages 16 and up! Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Free Play Basketball for all ages. All participants will need to sign a waiver before playing and anyone under the age of 18 will need a parent/guardian signature.
Free Play Indoor Table Teniss open to anyone ages 16 and up will be offered on Thursdays from 5:00 pm-8:30 pm. This will be a drop-in-pick-up style program, located at Highland Recreation Center. No registration is required! For more information, please contact Yadil Sanchez at (828) 261-2251.
A high-energy cardiovascular workout! Participants have total control of resistance and intensity levels of their workout. New participants should arrive at class at least 15 minutes early to ensure proper set-up on the bike.
