A high-energy cardiovascular workout! Participants have total control of resistance and intensity levels of their workout. New participants should arrive at class at least 15 minutes early to ensure proper set-up on the bike. Towel and water bottle are suggested! $2 Residents, $4 Non-Residents (To be paid at the time of class)

Exercises utilize strength building, resistance training, coordination, and balance. Seniors ages 50 and up are invited to join us for this class.
Adult - Join the staff of VayaHealth for two training sessions: “Schizophrenia: Psychosis: Can This Be Real?” at 10am and “The Many Faces of Antipsychotic Medications” at 11am. Continuing education hours can be provided. Registration is encouraged but not required.
