A high-energy cardiovascular workout! Participants have total control of resistance and intensity levels of their workout. New participants should arrive at class at least 15 minutes early to ensure proper set-up on the bike. Towel and water bottle are suggested! $2 Residents, $4 Non-Residents (To be paid at the time of class)  

DIY Pet Toys

All Ages Create dog and cat toys out of old t-shirts that will be donated to Humane Society of Catawba County. Bring an old cotton t-shirt or create toys from the library’s supply. No registration required.

Easy Tai Chi (Tues)

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition; it is now practiced as a graceful form of exercise that can help to increase flexibility and balance. Tai Chi involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner, accompanied by deep breathing.
