A high-energy cardiovascular workout! Participants have total control of resistance and intensity levels of their workout. New participants should arrive at class at least 15 minutes early to ensure proper set-up on the bike. Everyone’s favorite grouch is coming to the library to share his holiday story in a fun-filled musical romp including laugh-out-loud comedy and silliness performed by Sigmon Theatrical.  Registration required (limited to 75). Beginner Yoga (Thurs)

Easy Tai Chi (Fri)

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition; it is now practiced as a graceful form of exercise that can help to increase flexibility and balance. Tai Chi involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner, accompanied by deep breathing.
