A high-energy cardiovascular workout! Participants have total control of resistance and intensity levels of their workout. New participants should arrive at class at least 15 minutes early to ensure proper set-up on the bike. There will be no classic movie event in April. Watch the calendar for the March date. Adult – On the first Thursday of every month, Joe Barrett, film critic and movie reviewer for WHKY, hosts a classic movie screening and leads a discussion about the actors, directors, and history of the film. 

Beginner Yoga (Thurs)

Easy Tai Chi (Fri)

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition; it is now practiced as a graceful form of exercise that can help to increase flexibility and balance. Tai Chi involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner, accompanied by deep breathing.
