Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition; it is now practiced as a graceful form of exercise that can help to increase flexibility and balance. Tai Chi involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner, accompanied by deep breathing. Free play pickleball for all ages! Free play pickleball can take place on 2 to 4 nets depending on the time slot.
