Children— Have fun exploring and learning about the science of your heart! We’ll do some hands-on activities to explore the different elements of blood and learn the important part your heart plays in your circulatory system. For children in Grades K-5. This is part of our Heart-a-Thon program series which runs February 6-11.
You’ll feel the burn! Resistance and cardio combined for a well-rounded fat-burning workout! Great for both women and men at any fitness level. $2 Residents, $4 Non-Residents (To be paid at the time of class)

All Ages— Join award-winning percussionist Britton-René Collins on a sound exploration through contemporary and multidimensional percussion works. This program embraces contrast, variety, and the magical sound possibilities of percussion. This program is 60-minutes in length and is presented in partnership with Western Piedmont Symphony. All ages are welcome.
