A high-energy cardiovascular workout! Participants have total control of resistance and intensity levels of their workout. New participants should arrive at class at least 15 minutes early to ensure proper set-up on the bike. Parents and caregivers of preschoolers are invited to attend positive parenting workshops provided by the Catawba County Parent Support Team. These 90-minute workshops will focus on teaching strategies for raising confident and resilient children. Registration recommended. Contact the Children’s Resource Center at #695-6565 to register.
