A high-energy cardiovascular workout! Participants have total control of resistance and intensity levels of their workout. New participants should arrive at class at least 15 minutes early to ensure proper set-up on the bike. Towel and water bottle are suggested! $2 Residents, $4 Non-Residents (To be paid at the time of class)
Free Play Pickleball for seniors ages 60 and up! 2 nets will be set up!
Free Play Basketball for all ages. All participants will need to sign a waiver before playing and anyone under the age of 18 will need a parent/guardian signature.

Family - Kids ages 7 and up are invited to The Learning Lab to learn and experiment with circuits! Drop in anytime from 3:30-5 pm for activities featuring our Makey Makey’s, Squishy Circuits, and more! No registration required.
