A high-energy cardiovascular workout! Participants have total control of resistance and intensity levels of their workout. New participants should arrive at class at least 15 minutes early to ensure proper set-up on the bike. Free play pickleball for all ages! Free play pickleball can take place on 2 to 4 nets depending on the time slot.
