A high-energy cardiovascular workout! Participants have total control of resistance and intensity levels of their workout. New participants should arrive at class at least 15 minutes early to ensure proper set-up on the bike. Towel and water bottle are suggested! $2 Residents, $4 Non-Residents (To be paid at the time of class)

Adult & Teen Learn a new recipe! Staff from the YMCA will guide you through cooking a nutritious meal using seasonal ingredients. Appropriate for ages 16 and up. Registration is required and will open three weeks before the event.
