Adult – Who is your character and how do you bring them to life through written word? Gloria Coppola, award winning local author and educator, will teach a writing workshop about writing developing your characters. Registration required and will open three weeks before the event.

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition; it is now practiced as a graceful form of exercise that can help to increase flexibility and balance. Tai Chi involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner, accompanied by deep breathing.
