Children This mini-series class will focus on the introductory steps to Classical Ballet. Learn ballet terminology, dance techniques and a few of ballet’s most famous stories. Join us for one or all classes! Dance experience is welcome, but not necessary.

A high-energy cardiovascular workout! Participants have total control of resistance and intensity levels of their workout. New participants should arrive at class at least 15 minutes early to ensure proper set-up on the bike.
