A high-energy cardiovascular workout! Participants have total control of resistance and intensity levels of their workout. We’re not squidding when we say come to the library to dive into a special storytime to celebrate cephalopods! We’ll read some ink-credible books about squids, octopuses, and more! Then we’ll do some fun activities about these amazing creatures.
