Exercises utilize strength building, resistance training, coordination, and balance. Seniors ages 50 and up are invited to join us for this class.
A high-energy cardiovascular workout! Participants have total control of resistance and intensity levels of their workout. New participants should arrive at class at least 15 minutes early to ensure proper set-up on the bike. Towel and water bottle are suggested! $2 Residents, $4 Non-Residents (To be paid at the time of class)
