Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition; it is now practiced as a graceful form of exercise that can help to increase flexibility and balance. Tai Chi involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner, accompanied by deep breathing. This month we’ll celebrate our feathery friends—birds. We’ll read some egg-sighting stories and do some activities that are a real hoot.
