Easy Tai Chi (Mon)

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition; it is now practiced as a graceful form of exercise that can help to increase flexibility and balance. Tai Chi involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner, accompanied by deep breathing. New participants should arrive at class at least 15 minutes early to ensure proper set-up on the bike. Ages 7 and up. Calling all superheroes! Create superhero-inspired fan art, participate in an exciting superhero trivia showdown, and bring your comics and graphic novels for the ultimate comic swap event. Dress in character for a fun photo booth opportunity! Ages 7 and up. Registration is required and will open three weeks before the event.
