Tai Chi involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner, accompanied by deep breathing. Bird Walk & Brunch @ Mountain Creek Park-Friday, May 24th, $10 per person, meet at Highland Recreation Center at 9 am, return approximately 1pm, Lunch & transportation included, all ages welcome with an accompanying adult, and bring your binoculars! This is a partnership with Wild Birds Unlimited Nature Shop. Prize raffle for participants.
