Free Play Basketball for ages 16 and up! Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
A high-energy cardiovascular workout! Participants have total control of resistance and intensity levels of their workout. New participants should arrive at class at least 15 minutes early to ensure proper set-up on the bike.
