Free Play Basketball for ages 16 and up! Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
A high-energy cardiovascular workout! Participants have total control of resistance and intensity levels of their workout. New participants should arrive at class at least 15 minutes early to ensure proper set-up on the bike. All Ages Celebrate Black Music Month and play the music trivia game Lyrically Correct! Enjoy music, snacks, prizes and most of all quality time with each other.
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition; it is now practiced as a graceful form of exercise that can help to increase flexibility and balance. Tai Chi involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner, accompanied by deep breathing.
