A high-energy cardiovascular workout! Participants have total control of resistance and intensity levels of their workout. New participants should arrive at class at least 15 minutes early to ensure proper set-up on the bike. Tai Chi involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner, accompanied by deep breathing.
