Open Gym Basketball for all ages. All participants will need to sign a waiver before playing and anyone under the age of 18 will need a parent/guardian signature.
A yoga practice of mindfulness, meditation, and movement with modifications offered for each participant to lessen or increase levels of strength, stretching, and balance. Please contact instructor Cynthia Haas at 828-295-2319 for more information! $5.00 per class
A high-energy cardiovascular workout! Participants have total control of resistance and intensity levels of their workout. New participants should arrive at class at least 15 minutes early to ensure proper set-up on the bike.
