Free Play Full Court Basketball. There is no charge to play but all participants will need to sign a waiver to get a Gym ID card.

A high-energy cardiovascular workout! Participants have total control of resistance and intensity levels of their workout. New participants should arrive at class at least 15 minutes early to ensure proper set-up on the bike.
