Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition; it is now practiced as a graceful form of exercise that can help to increase flexibility and balance. Tai Chi involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner, accompanied by deep breathing. Black Music Month Rhythm & Paint

Children & Teens In 1890 the US heard its first Black commercial recording artist. Celebrate Black Music Month and enjoy the beautiful range of Black music from Country to Rap while painting CD’s to take home and contributing to the All Together Community Mural. Registration is required and will open three weeks before the event.
