Free Play Pickleball for seniors ages 60 and up! 2 nets will be set up!
Free play volleyball for all ages and skills levels.
Free Play Indoor Ping Pong open to anyone ages 16 and up will be offered on Thursdays from 5:30 pm-8:30 pm. This will be a drop-in-pick-up style program, located at Highland Recreation Center. No registration is required! For more information, please contact Yadil Sanchez at (828) 261-2251.

A high-energy cardiovascular workout! Participants have total control of resistance and intensity levels of their workout. New participants should arrive at class at least 15 minutes early to ensure proper set-up on the bike.
