You’ll feel the burn! Resistance and cardio combined for a well-rounded fat-burning workout! Great for both women and men at any fitness level. $2 Residents, $4 Non-Residents (To be paid at the time of class)
A high-energy cardiovascular workout! Participants have total control of resistance and intensity levels of their workout. New participants should arrive at class at least 15 minutes early to ensure proper set-up on the bike. Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition; it is now practiced as a graceful form of exercise that can help to increase flexibility and balance. Tai Chi involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner, accompanied by deep breathing.
